Each year I let the designated Black Watch Commander put his signature on the routine. I don't let him change too much, but just enough to add difficulty to what is already a very difficult routine ” “Teens learn best from teens as long as the leader demands perfection. That is the key to my teams. I teach and truly believe that teens can gain perfection. To sell anything less would be an injustice to the legacy of Black Watch and all my teams. This belief is instilled in all my teams and it really seems to have paid off ” |
